  • Creates forms, surveys, and booking pages
  • Connects the appropriate calendar
  • Prepares pages for lead capture or offer delivery
  • Reviews desktop and mobile layouts
CRM3

Automation

Workflows and automations are built and connected to the funnel created during CRM2.

  • Configured from the Roadmap Document
  • Connects automations to the CRM2 funnel
  • Email and SMS follow-up
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Pipeline and opportunity actions
  • Tags, notifications, and assignments
  • Workflow testing by the Automator Specialist
CRM4

Empowerment Call

The Lead Consultant presents the completed Phase 1 deliverables and prepares the client for the next phase.

  • One-on-one handoff call with the client
  • Reviews the completed CRM system
  • Presents the funnel and automations
  • Answers client questions
  • Documents outstanding items
  • Introduces Phase 2: BOT
  • Automator Specialist attends when requested

Included Revision Policy

Up to Four Rounds of Revisions

Clients may provide feedback and revision requests without requiring formal approval before the project moves forward. Requests must remain aligned with the Roadmap and agreed fulfillment scope.

Lead Consultant

Manages onboarding, the Roadmap Call, client communication, follow-up, scope questions, and the Phase 1 handoff.

Technical Fulfillment

Automator Specialist

Completes system setup, funnel creation, workflow automation, revisions, testing, and ClickUp stage updates.

Access & Participation

Client

Provides account access, business information, branding assets, content, feedback, and attendance for required calls.
